The Death of Letterhead

March 5, 2019

What was important, now not so much.

Almost 6.5 years ago I went back out on my own and started Hunt County Real Estate.
One of the first purchases was 1000 sheets of letterhead.
In cleaning out some home office space, I came across about the final 50 sheets.
Emails. PDF files. The Internet.
Those have wiped out the need to buy letterhead. I think I used 5 sheets the past 12 months.

Look at the bottom:
Facebook has been tried and true. Just like blue.
Google+ is shutting down April 2019. Had potential.
My Twitter followers have increased by about 50 over that time. Still don’t know how to effectively use with real estate.
YouTube can some times be depressing. Make a video and get 2 views.
Google Blogger, although I still have several sites, has not been used in probably 2 years. Now www.HuntCountyHomes.com is more or less where I blog.

Where were these:
Instagram was 2 years old in 2012 and not on my radar. It is now.
LinkedIn has never been a focus. Should it?

Letterhead used to be a status symbol. Now it is just a sign of things gone bye.
